We offer a variety of product options and our processing times vary depending on the product and time of year.

Processing can take between 1-7 business days.

SHIPPING

For shipping within the U.S., your order should arrive within 2-5 business days after the ship date.

For international orders, your order should arrive within 7-21 business days after the ship date.

Please note we cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

We are doing everything we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, but there may be circumstances outside of our control that delays the delivery of your order (such as weather, USPS staffing shortages, etc.

We accept returns of non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns on personalized items as they are custom & made-to-order.

We accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.

Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order.

In the rare event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please provide us with photos of the damage.

Once verified, we will re-build and send you out a replacement(s).
